"I called Ralcon because our back porch was full of termites and dry rot. The entire back porch minus the roof needed to be replaced. Our home is in a historic district so certain standards must be applied. I was referred by the owner to Carlos, his brother in law, for an estimate. Carlos gave us a fair estimate. Within two weeks Carlos and his assistant, Jose, were at work on our project. Again, our house is almost 100 years old so there are many problems associated with the age.
